Organization and functioning

General Directorate of Bilateral Affairs
The Directorate General for Bilateral Affairs implements the foreign policy of the Central African Republic and directs its bilateral cooperation.

General Directorate of Multilateral Affairs
The Directorate General for Multilateral and Strategic Affairs analyses international issues and contributes to the foreign policy guidelines of the RCA.

General Directorate of Legal Affairs and Technical Support
The General Directorate coordinates the negotiation, signature and ratification of international instruments, as well as the technical support.
